So I have decided that I am really just sick and tired of the excuses and being fat and I am ready to START the weight loss. My biggest motivation is the beach trip that we have planned in July. It will be the kids first trip to the beach and I do not want to look like a fat pig in all the pictures.
So I have decided to do a 30 day challenge......I am wanting to lose at least 10 lbs before we go. So here is the plan that I am going to try....I mean that I am going to do!!!
- Really watch what I eat.....My plan is to not watch necessary what I eat, but the portions. I am going to use a combination of calorie counting and weight watchers!
- Limit eating after about 7:30....sometimes hard to do with the time I get off work and getting the kids.
- Working out.....I am going to workout at least once a day for 20-30 minutes depending on how intense the workout is going. I am wanting to do both the treadmill and a video at least every other day and either a video or treadmill on the other.
- I am going to log my info daily into My Fitness Pal
Hoping to lose more than my goal before the beach!!!!!
